To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns on:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
Personalized or custom-made products

Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable, such as for damaged items)
We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at Nurviaofficial.com@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
